This website is about the wonderful ordinary people of Africa!

One early contributor has written much about Morocco - what a marvellous country!

One helper lives in New Zealand but still wants to help Africa.

A founder of the site is on the Board of WIRE AFRICA, which is creating a Business Plan for Africa, to end poverty at a profit. (Junior Chambers International and UNDP are technical partners.) Its projects include:

• Computer clubs in 13 secondary schools in Benin
• Poverty reduction strategy with the British council in Abuja
• Conferences in Benin Republic and Canada
• Connecting a school in Dallas, Texas with a coffee-growing village on Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania for education and business
